Welcome to "My Journey," a channel created by your friendly neighborhood adventure junkie, Eu Gene! I'm the kind of guy who thinks a comfortable ride is overrated and would rather explore the world on a skateboard, unicycle, or pogo stick (if I could master it).
As a passionate motorcycle rider and traveler, I live by the motto of "Race the Rain, Ride the Wind, and Chase the Sunsets!" But let's be honest, there are times when I end up racing the wind, riding the rain, and chasing my own tail instead.
I've travelled to 78 countries across the globe and have made plenty of mistakes along the way, from ordering food I couldn't pronounce to getting lost in translation with the locals. But hey, that's what makes it an adventure, right?

Exploring Ou Osse Wagen Route, Duiwelskop Pass, Kapteinskloof, Madi Madi, Jacobsdal, Wilderness, and George
Our journey from Cape Town to Lovain Guest Farm in Oudtshoorn was a thrilling 3-day adventure that took us through some of the most stunning and unspoiled parts of the Eastern Cape. As we set out on our journey, we were excited to explore the hidden gems that lay ahead, starting with the Ou Osse Wa Route.
This scenic route was a feast for the eyes, with breathtaking vistas and winding roads that offered a true sense of freedom and adventure. As we made our way through the rugged terrain, we couldn't help but marvel at the natural beauty that surrounded us.
Next, we tackled the Duiwelskop Pas, a challenging pass that tested our driving skills and provided plenty of adrenaline-pumping moments. The views from the top were simply breathtaking, and we took the time to soak up the stunning panoramas before continuing on our journey.
Our adventure then took us to the Du Tiot Farm, where we were welcomed with open arms by the friendly locals and had the chance to sample some of the delicious local produce. From there, we made our way to Kapteinskloof, another hidden gem that offered unparalleled views and a sense of peace and tranquillity.
As we journeyed through Madi Madi, Jacobsdal, Wilderness, and George, we were struck by the incredible diversity of the landscape and the many wonders that awaited us at every turn. From rugged cliffs and dramatic coastlines to lush forests and rolling hills, this area truly had it all.
Throughout our journey, we were constantly amazed by the natural beauty of the Eastern Cape and the warmth and hospitality of the locals we met along the way. Join us as we recount our 3-day adventure, filled with breathtaking scenery, thrilling moments, and unforgettable memories.
